All items must be returned new, unused and with all their tags still attached. Please note that the original packaging will have to be used. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Your purchase should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period may not be accepted.
Products non eligible for return
Wallpapers and personalised goods, i.e. goods made to your specifications are products non eligible for return.
Also Outlet Sales are final and so relevant products are non-returnable.

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you are kindly required to inform us within two days via email at firstname.lastname@example.org , electronic contact form or telephone at +30 210 8996210. The process for the Returns described below has to be followed.
Upon reception and acceptance of your return, we can arrange a replacement, subject to availability, or a refund credited to the original form of payment. Alternatively, if you wish, we can email you a credit coupon equal to the value of the returned product, valid for 3 months.
