Simply navigate between categories, such as Wallpapers, Bedding, Fashion. When you find a product that you are interested in, select a size if the option exists, and click on “Add to cart”. After having added everything you need, click “Shopping Cart” at the right top of your page. There, you can see all the products you have selected. If you need to make changes you can easily change quantities or remove items directly from your cart. Click on the button “Check out” and follow the instructions to complete your order. Keep in mind that to complete an order you have to be a registered member. You can find out more concerning your registration in the Q&A section “My account”.

All products are immediately available, unless it is stated otherwise with a “sold out” indication. However, not all products can be shipped abroad. Please read the notes in the description of each product to know if the product of interest can be shipped at your destination. For clothing each product has a link to our size chart, and each size represents a specific age group. You can search for products according to your kid’s age.

For wallpapers, each wallpaper has a link to a convertor to assist you to calculate your wallpaper requirement in Sq. Meters according to the measurements of your wall. Just enter the width and height of your wall and the convertor will indicate how many sq. m you will need to order.

When an order has been completed you cannot add an extra product. You will have to make a new order.

As soon as you complete your order you will receive an e-mail in the address you have declared, which will verify that your order has been correctly placed and is being processed. If you do not see the confirmation e-mail on your inbox, please also check your spam folder (these emails are automated and depending on your e-mail provider it might be wrongly redirected). Once you have moved the e-mail from your spam to your inbox, on your next order you should see our e-mails on your regular inbox.

You can add as many addresses as you please into your address book and title them for future reference, i.e home, work etc. next time you make a purchase the system will automatically select your default addresses for billing and shipping so that you don’t need to re-enter them next time you shop with us.
  • View all your orders past and present including order details like the items ordered, the shipping address, payment method and order date.
  • Find the tracking number for your order to trace your delivery after its dispatch.
  • Subscribe to our Newsletter so as to receive our news, exclusive and private sales and follow product updates.
  • View your Wishlist and send it to the recipient of your choice.

Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email from us confirming your registration. Alternatively, you can set up an account during the checkout process.

There is no need to worry. Just click on the “log in” link on the top of the homepage and then click on the “forgot your password?” link. Follow the instructions given to create a new password.

Once you have completed your registration with BIG LITTLE ONES kindly note that we will use your contact details to inform you about special offers, updates concerning new products, promotions, private sales and other exclusivities. However, if you do not wish to receive this information simply click on the “Unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of each newsletter you have received. We will not provide any customer information to third parties other than those associated with serving our legitimate business purposes and reassures you that all information is kept private and confidential.

RETURNS

While we hope that you are happy with your order, we want to give you a hassle-free experience. If you are not fully satisfied with the products you received you have the option to return them.  

BIG LITTLE ONES offers free returns to its customers within Greece!

However, bear in mind that this offer is valid only once per order.

For all other shipments and returns from other destinations, the cost of returning the product is at your charge.

To proceed with a return, please follow the below easy steps:

  • Announce us your request for a return within 14 days from the proof of delivery via email at [email protected] Alternatively you can call us at (+30)210 8996210 Monday to Friday from 10am to 5 pm, except public holidays.
  • Specify your order number, item(s) you wish to return and the way you want your return to be treated i.e whether you wish a credit or an exchange. You are kindly requested to specify to us the reason for the return in order to help us improve our procedures.
  • We will provide you with an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) number authorizing the return as well as with complete instructions on how to proceed with your return. 
  • You have 14 days as from the receipt of your order to return the goods back to us. 
  • You will then receive by email a credit code, valid for 3 months, equal to the value of the returned product. If however, you would like to exchange your item for another product that you have already chosen, please let us know the product of interest by phone or email, in order to enable us to place the item on hold for you.
  • OUTLET sales are final and so they cannot be returned. 
  • Furthermore, “wallpapers’’ is a product category that is not available for returns, and so are personalized goods, meaning goods made to your specifications

For returns eligible for a free return service, contact the courier service provider in the contact details provided in the email you have received and arrange for a pick up at the time and place mutually convenient.

If delivery was made anywhere else in the world you will have to bear the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

We advise you to return the items back to us with registered delivery or insurance to guarantee, if necessary, the compensation for the products matching their real commercial value in the event of damage or loss of these goods during transit.

In all cases, you are highly recommended to preserve any proof of your return in the case of future need.

Please take note of the following conditions, which are in their entirety necessary in order to make a return.

  • Announce your intention to return a product back to us within 14 days as from the reception of the goods.
  • Receive an RMA number authorizing the return.
  • Send the products back to us within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
  • Wrap the item(s) securely to ensure a safe transit. It is advised that you return them with registered tacking so as to be able to follow at all times. 
  • Make sure that the products are in the same condition and packaging in which they were delivered to you, with all identification tags and labels still attached. 
  • Items should be unworn, undamaged, in a state of perfect cleanliness followed by their complete documents, wrappings and instructions.
  • OUTLET sales are final and cannot be returned nor refunded.  
  • Furthermore, “wallpapers’’ is a product category that is not available for returns and exchanges, and so are personalized goods, meaning goods made to your specifications.

We would like to inform you that any product which is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packing is deteriorated, cannot be returned or exchanged.

We strongly advise all customers to ensure garments meet their expectations upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

As soon as we receive your return, we will send you another email confirming the reception of goods and their good condition. Based on your approval, we will proceed to an exchange or a credit code valid for 3 months equal to the value of the returned product.

You are kindly requested to announce your intention to return a product back to us within 14 days as from the reception of the goods.

Once we have provided you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number you must return the item to us as soon as possible and within a maximum delay of 14 days.

We do our best so that the products you receive are in perfect condition. However, In case where you consider that the product you received is damaged or defective, you are kindly required to inform us within two days via email at [email protected] , electronic contact form or telephone. The process for the Returns described above has to be followed in order for your return to be accepted.

Upon reception of the return, the returned product will be fully examined and you will be informed via e-mail of your right to a replacement (if available) or a refund. Your monies will be refunded in your credit card or your bank account according to the original form of payment. Alternatively, If you wish we can email you a credit coupon equal to the value of the returned product, valid for 3 months.

Any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Where possible item(s) will be replaced for the same product, in the same size and colour, subject to availability. Alternatively, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment.

In case of payments by credit card, refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card through ALPHA BANK.

In the case of Cash on Delivery you will have to provide us with a bank account where you wish the fund to be returned.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, funds will be deposited to the bank account used to make the payment.

However, bear in mind that this offer is valid only once per order.

Certainly, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order, the product and its package are intact, and you have the invoice document. On your return to the SHOWROOM, you can either receive a credit voucher redeemable within one month, or immediately exchange your item with another product. Our showroom, is located on Panos 7, Vari 16672, Athens Greece. 

Of course you can ask for an exchange as long as our Return Policy conditions are met. You can access our Returns Policy here.

Make sure that the products you wish to return for an exchange are unworn, undamaged, in their original condition and packaging as received and with their original labels attached on!

Don’t forget to inform us while announcing your return about the items you wish to exchange for. Please take into account that all exchanges are subject to stock availability. To ensure that your exchange will be available, please clearly specify the product number, description and the size of the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange of the ones you will return, and we will put them on hold for you for a maximum of 10 days. If we have not received your return within 10 days from the issuance of the RMA number, the items will be put back on the site for sale.

Items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received to our premises. You will receive an email from us confirming the receipt of your return and their good condition. After that we will proceed with the dispatch of your exchange order.

Please note that if the goods you want to receive in exchange are of higher value you will have to pay the price difference before we can send you the new items. In this case we will refund you the amount of the returned goods and will charge you with the price of the new items.

Return of SALE Items / OUTLET items

Sale items can be returned based on our Returns policy and can be exchanged only with other SALE items as listed in our SALES category. Outlet sales are final sales and therefore cannot be exchanged.

as soon as possible in order to proceed to the cancelation of your order before its dispatch.

Upon receipt of your message, a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming the cancellation of your order. We put any effort to respond within a few hours but unless you receive a response that your order is cancelled your order may still be dispatched as part of the order preparation process.

Please note that it is not possible to cancel an order once the parcel has left our warehouse and is in transit, the parcel will be delivered to you. After you receive it you have to file for a return.

If you have received an item(s) as a gift you can exchange it for another item(s) of the same value or more. Please bear in mind that OUTLET goods, Wallpapers and personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. The above DELIVERY TIMES are taken into account AFTER DISPATCH and are just an estimate given by the delivery companies. We cannot in any way be held responsible for any delays during transit that may be caused due to conditions beyond our control, like weather conditions, wrong address, political conditions, strikes etc. Don’t hesitate to get in contact in order to help you track your order.

 

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE EUROPE //

4. For DELIVERIES OUTSIDE EUROPE transit times may vary considerably due to varying customs regulations and therefore delivery may take up to 3-4 weeks. We are NOT in any way responsible of such delays and we have no controls over them. Please account for these rare occassions before placing your order.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES //

5. All prices listed in our site are final and VAT inclusive. For deliveries within the EU no additional duties or taxes will be applied. For non-EU deliveries additional duties or taxes may be asked to be paid for customs clearance. BIG LITTLE ONES has no control over these charges or be held responsible. You are kindly requested to contact your local customs office.

 

ORDER DISPATCH //

6. Please note that all orders are dispatched once payment has been verified with our bank.

Transport times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

You are kindly requested to double check the accuracy of the information you provide us including shipping address to avoid delays in the delivery of your order. We are not responsible for orders being lost due to a wrong delivery address. If you feel that the delivery address you have provided is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible. Dispatch may sometimes take longer than 1-2 days due to:

  • credit card checks and/or payment authorization
  • bank transfer verification in case of payment by bank transfer
  • personalized goods
  • unforseen circumstances
  • wrong delivery address data
  • Items not readily available

For items not immediately available, the availability times are mentioned on the product page. If your order comprises of products not immediately available, we will dispatch the order as soon as we receive the whole of the products which comprise your order. If you wish to receive the products immediately available more quickly, you are advised to isolate these articles in a separate order.

 

BULKY ITEMS & OTHERS //

7. Wallpapers and other Decoration and Bulky items may have other shipping charges other than the above due to their size/weight. These will be noted at the product page and added to your basket at checkout. Certain items may not be shipped to certain destinations. You will be notified by email if your order contains such item to discuss your order.

 

ORDER TRACKING //

8. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number, the delivery company and the link to be used to follow your order. Alternatively, you can go into their website and use the tracking number to trace it.

 

DELIVERY INSURANCE //

9. All packages are insured from the time they live our premises until their delivery is confirmed. After delivery is verified responsibility passes to you. Therefore, you are kindly requested to check the condition of the parcel before signing the delivery receipt of the transporter. If the person receiving the parcel is a different person, this person’s signature is considered the receipt of delivery. In the very rare and unfortunate case where a delivery never reaches you, we will handle the situation as soon as possible to determine the whereabouts of your order. In the event, where the parcel is lost, you will be fully refunded once all the necessary procedures have been followed to justify it is lost.
